EEPLIANT4 Work Package 12: Joint Activities with Customs

Scope

Support the identification of good practices for collaboration between EU Market Surveillance Authorities and Customs. Support the organisation and execution of joint border controls.

Objectives

The main objective of Work Package 12 is to further strengthen or obtain collaboration with customs authorities with the aim to improve market surveillance effectiveness in relation to ecodesign (ED) and energy labelling (EL) legislation.

Participants

7 Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) and 1 other governemental organisation are part of this Work Package. They are from 7 Countries: Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, The Netherlands, and Poland.
