Work Package 1: Management
Scope of action
The Work Package 1 "Management", led by the Product Safety Forum of Europe (PROSAFE), is the backbone of EEPLIANT2. Its key objective is to provide effective management, coordination, and strategic direction throughout the duration of the project. Therefore, as Project Coordinator, PROSAFE ensures strong communication, coordination and information exchange among the 18 Member States on one hand and between them, the European Commission and the Advisvory Board on the other hand. Also, PROSAFE organises the project meetings related to individual Work Packages, the Management Board and the Advisory Board meetings. Last but not least, WP1 organises in cooperation with WP7 "Communication & Further Dissemination":
- Conference presentations;
- Individual meetings;
- Media outcomes;
- Publishing of documents;
Participants
All the Market Surveillances Authorities (MSAs) involved in EEPLIANT2 are part of this Work Package. They are from the following Member States:Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden.
