Stamatis Sivitos is a project advisor at the Executive Agency for SMEs (EASME) of the European Commission. In this role and as a member of the H2020 Energy unit, he manages projects on the implementation of EU product efficiency legislation. Prior to joining EASME, he worked for nine years in European environmental NGOs advocating on Ecodesign, Energy Labelling and other EU policies, including work with the European Parliament on sustainable development issues. Stamatis holds a degree in environmental science (Oxford Brookes University) and an MSc in environmental technology (Imperial College London).
